As part of our Advisor Team, you’ll be speaking directly to people who are curious about becoming a childminder but aren’t quite sure if it's the right path. They’ll come to you to hear the honest, real-life version of what it’s like to build a successful tiney home.
You'll be there to inspire, reassure, and inform. Using your own journey, you’ll show others what’s possible, answer their questions with confidence, and help them see themselves thriving in this career. People will book in to speak with you because they want to hear your story.
We’re looking for someone passionate about our mission, confident in their experience, and comfortable speaking openly about both the highs and the realities of childminding. If you're a great listener and a natural encourager, this role is for you.
🚀 You should apply if:
You are a tiney childminder with with at least one year experience running your business
You are available evenings and weekends for this role
You are a great listener, know how to make a point, and always are ready with the right questions to keep the conversation flowing.
You're good at explaining things to people, you can provide great advice and you are patient and thoughtful in all of your interactions.
You’re a team player, you enjoy being a member of a team and helping others.
You're super organised, live by your calendar, and know how to stay on track when time sometimes gets away from you.
You know that feedback is a gift, and constantly look for ways to improve your work and grow as a person.
Ideally you will have worked previously in a customer-facing role in a company.
✨ Logistics
Freelance role, initially a 2 month contract for 10 hours a week
Flexible hours depending on your availability and incoming demand. Can be done evenings and weekend
💰 Compensation: £20 Per hour based on experience
